Point In Time Count

The chart below provides information regarding the annual Point in Time count done the last Wednesday of January each year in Sioux City.  The purpose of the Point in Time count is to determine exactly how many homeless persons are living in Sioux City on a particular night.  This helps our community apply for funding to provide shelter and services to homeless individuals and families.
