  • Bridges West Transitional Housing, $88,244
  • Safe Place RRH $414,157
  • Heartland Counseling PSH $458,031
  • Sioux City HMIS $45,671
  • Sioux City Coordinated Entry $197,023
  • Sioux City Planning Project $110,332

Now Accepting FY25 CoC NOFO Statement of Intent

In lieu of a formal application, the SCEH is collecting statements of intent to apply for the FY25 Continuum of Care Notice of Funding Opportunity (CoC NOFO) once the revised competition is released. This one-page document (attached) will aid the coalition in planning for the consolidated application to ensure the strongest submission possible.

Please submit your statement of intent by 5pm on Friday, December 19th, 2025, to Erin McLarty, Grant Committee Chair, at erin@siouxlandship.org.

Below is also the Competition Guide the Project Monitoring and Development Committee updated based on the previously released FY25 NOFO. We expect there will be changes to the NOFO, but since we do not know what they will be we are continuing with the priorities initially outlined in November. We will update this document once the revised NOFO is released.

Submission is not a requirement to apply for funding once the revised NOFO is released. More information will be shared as soon as possible once the revised NOFO is shared with communities. The Project Monitoring and Grant Committees will provide an updated application process once they know more.
